Combine the almond milk, whey protein, extracts and eggs in a medium mixing bowl. Then combine the dry ingredients (nutmeg, baking powder, flour, and sugar) in a separate small bowl. Slowly mix in the dry ingredients into the medium mixing bowl.
Add butter to the skillet and then pour mix until desired size of pancake is met. Flip pancake to cook the other side. Once the pancakes are fully cooked, use the honey as syrup for your pancakes.
